The proudest thing of being born Thai is to be born in the land of His Majesty the King who is well recognized as the heart and soul of the Thai nation. When a disaster or serious incident occurs, only His Majesty the King can make those tough situations good. His Majesty has become not only the king of Thailand but also the king of all people in the world.
The reason why foreigners admire our king is because His Majesty is more than a king, he has done many things that a king does not need to do. His Majesty devotes himself greatly. Who else in this world would do the same thing as he has done?
Prince Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, a young king from Phutan, used to say that His Majesty is his idol and His Majesty shows him how to reign and be loved by his people. The Sultan of Brunei who is a representative of 25 kings to offer His Majesty a blessing in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of His Majesty reign in 2006 once said that to reign for over 60 years is only a number, the key is what he has done for the past 60 years.
It is clearly seen that His Majesty has done everything during his reign for the benefit of Thai people, Asia people and the world.
His Majesty never once stays far from his people.

"ที่สุดแห่งแผ่นดินไทย"
สิ่งที่ภาคภูมิใจที่สุด ของการเกิดเป็นคนไทย นั่นคือ ได้เกิดมาในผืนแผ่นดินของพ่อ ผู้เป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจของประชาชนคนไทยทุกหมู่เหล่า เมื่อยามเกิดภัยพิบัติหรือเหตุการณ์ร้ายแรงต่างๆ ก็มีในหลวงพระองค์เดียวนี่แหละ ที่ทำให้เรื่องร้ายกลายเป็นดีได้ ในทุกครั้งที่ผ่านมาพระเจ้าอยู่หัวไม่ได้เป็นพระมหากษัตริย์ของคนไทยเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นกษัตริย์ของประชาชนทั่วโลก "King of Kings in the World"
เหตุใดชาวต่างชาติจึงยกย่องน่ะหรือ เพราะในหลวงของไทยนั้นเป็นมากกว่า King ท่านทำอะไรหลายๆ อย่างที่กษัตริย์ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำก็ได้ ในหลวงทรงเป็นผู้เสียสละอย่างแท้จริง จะมีใครในโลกนี้บ้างจะทำได้อย่างพระองค์ท่าน
เจ้าชายจิกมี กษัตริย์หนุ่มแห่งภูฎาน เคยตรัสว่า “กษัตริย์ของท่านเป็นแบบอย่างของข้าพเจ้าในการจะครองราชย์ให้คนรัก” สุลต่านบรูไนที่เป็นผู้แทนกษัตริย์ 25 ประเทศถวายพระพร ในคราวฉลองการครองราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2549 ก็เคยทูลว่า "การครองราชย์นานถึง 60 ปีเป็นเพียงตัวเลข สำคัญอยู่ที่ว่า 60 ปีนั้นได้ทำอะไร"
เป็นที่ประจักษ์แล้วว่า ฝ่าพระบาททรงทำทุกอย่างตลอดระยะเวลาในการครองราชย์ ให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อชาวไทย ชาวเอเชีย และชาวโลก
ฝ่าพระบาทไม่เคยทรงอยู่ห่างไกลจากประชาชนของพระองค์
ขอพระองค์ทรงพระเจริญยิ่งยืนนาน
